My name is Sebastian Achibase. I am 35 years old. I persued Agricultural for my first degree in Agricultural Engineering.I am a Ghanian. Also, i am the irrgation engineering of ICOUR-Ghana. please can i get a schorlaship of the above course

Hello Sebastian,

As far as I know, there are no international programs in irrigation engineering in Israel. There are two Institutions that had these programs in the past but to my knowledge, it is no longer available.
